Our projects

In accordance with standard requirements set by the local law, there is a need to renovate our facilities in order to improve safety on our property and around the buildings. We also believe it will have a tremendous impact on the safety of our children. Our facility, especially the first building, is situated very close to the busy street. Therefore, there is urgency to install an automatic gate with intercom and video monitoring system. An equally urgent and costly project is the renovation of the laundry and drying rooms in the building where the oldest children live. These facilities are very important to the children because they are learning how to be independent and self-sufficient in the future. Another project which needs immediate maintenance is the car garage; it must be moved to another location and its door has to be replaced. The current old corroded garage is situated under large trees which branches impede access to the garage. There is also a need to pave the access road within the property.
